MELEX 464 е един от най-големите товаропътнически електрически автомобили от фамилията N.CLASSIC. Електромобила комбинира перфектно пътническо и товарно електрическо превозно средство, с удобни седалки за четирима пътници, 3-точкови предпазни колани, подвижни странични облегалки и др. Новото двойно окачване значително подобрява комфорта при шофиране и намалява радиуса на завой, а алуминиевата товарна надстройка позволява превоза на 250 кг товар. Отличава се с напълно преработен дизайн, който от една страна е препратка към традицията на първите модели Melex, от друга страна, подчертава модерния и универсален характер на електромобила. Двуцветните седалки, както и цветните елементи по карусерията правят модела по-привлекателен. Както всеки един модел от фамилията 4XX и 464 е оборудван с лека кабина за четирима пътници, предно стъкло секюрит с чистачка и изимиване.
